Everything. Right at the entrance with check in and getting your room, the whole staff made us feel welcomed. Check-in was smooth, easy and swift. The reception desk came all the way with us to the room and gave us a good information on where abouts of different services, and timing of the hotel. We went to pool right away, which kids enjoyed the fullest. Here Amit took really care of us very well. He was attentive to all our requests with a board smile on his face. I noticed the same behavior from him to other guests too, which speaks volumes about his commitment. As it was raining we decided to have dinner at Hotel restaurant only, after some indecisive moments we choose to have buffet, which looks restricted in its choices, but that was only our mistakes. As at the table Aditya gave us possible others options from the live counters as suggestions. My daughter found some dishes little too spicy, and even before I say anything, Aditya took it up and made an extra serving especially for her. Too our surprise the chef came to the table to make sure the dish has been received as intended. Aditya had really saved the day there for my daughter there... More to that, the room amenities, WiFi, comfort in the room, are exceptional. Apart from Amit and Aditya, everyone else were also very friendly and welcoming. We only had a stay of one night but wished it could have been more...

We loved everything about the hotel from the location, amenities, to the staff and delicious food. The hotel is just outside town, on the way to Amer palace. It’s very serene and peaceful- just what we needed. The staff were incredible. The front desk staff were super helpful when we ran into issues with our flight. The dining staff were amazing- they went above and beyond to introduce us to Rajasthani dishes. Highly recommend the Thali. We’re in India for 5 weeks and this has been our best meal far- especially the beetroot halwa. Highly recommend having dinner here even if you’re not staying at the hotel. Huge thank you to dining staff - Asit, Maskan for their excellent service, and to the chef and sis chef Monika for their wonderful hospitality. Thank you for a memorable experience.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were so welcoming, kind and friendly and have a genuine interest in ensuring I had the best stay possible from the friendliest welcome at check in with a lovely welcome drink, showing me to my room to coming around at breakfast time to introduce me to samples of Indian breakfast specialities. The pool area is lovely and I enjoyed relaxing here with a fresh juice. The signature massage was great and the food was delicious also. There was just that extra level of attention from the staff put into the stay that made it all the more memorable. The location was also beautiful right across the road from the Palace of the water. Sunset here was amazing. I would definitely stay if I return to Jaipur. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Hospitality. Amazing staff. Out of the world service. Always going out of the way to ensure comfort of their customers. Thanks Kevin for accommodating our request for late check out despite being fully sold out that day. Fantastic location. Keep up the good work going. We have been to multiple hotels across the world but never felt so much pampered and at home as we did during our stay at Trident Jaipur. Once again would like to thank the staff of Trident, not one or two staff but all of them without exception. Thanks for making our stay so memorable. We will surely come back to this property only because of the staff and the hospitality they extended.

The Trident Hotel sits opposite a lake with a road and promenade in front. Nice to wander along and buy souvenirs. Our room had a nice view of the lake. The staff were extremely attentive. The swimming pool was lovely. Very comfortable loungers and always some available. Star of the show was the excellent breakfast. As an English couple two weeks into our India’s trip the breakfast spread was a real treat. Bacon, eggs, sausage for husband, lovely homemade yogurt and lovely dried and fresh fruits and nuts for me. Also excellent pastries. There was lots available we didn’t try but surely the Trident had a breakfast for every culture.
